AMALIN & CO is built on a blend of craftsmanship, design expertise, and real-world real estate experience. Lindsey grew up in a family construction business and has spent the last five years as a licensed general contractor in Colorado. A former Green Beret, he brings precision, integrity, and decades of hands-on building knowledge to every project.
Amanda is also a veteran and has been a real estate agent since 2018. With an eye for design and a deep understanding of what adds value to a home, she ensures every renovation is both beautiful and strategic.
Together, Amanda and Lindsey have been investing in real estate since 2016 and have completed more than ten personal major renovations—including a ground-up build and the full renovation of a 2004 Class A motorhome. Their combined experience in construction, design, and investing allows them to create elevated, functional spaces that are thoughtfully built and expertly executed.
